Greetings all and I'm glad there's a forum!

Aside from the avdap logs does the MiTel log any additional information when it connects via SMTP?

I'm looking for a SMTP message ID or header to find a missing email. 

We've had this system in place for 6 years and we've never missed an email from the system until yesterday.

The email sync has worked, and it worked on the day of and after, there's just one message that never made it to the email recipient.

There are the mail logs you can look at which can be found in the same area as the avdap logs; those should show you what you are looking for.
