Record-A-Call
« on: May 17, 2016, 06:20:05 AM »
Hi Can you export recordings you have made via record-a-call and if yes then how.  I know that vm can be emailed to the user can recordings be done the same way?

I believe if you have VM to email then recorded calls will also get emailed.

Yes it is a nice feature unless you work in a Healthcare setting, then Record-a-Call becomes a HIPPA violation.  Keep that in mind.  Our compliance dept found out we turned Record-a-Call on and flipped out.
