Has anyone had the issue where a user can login with the desktop client, but they can not login to through the web portal? They always get the following error whenever they try.
Invalid Login ID or Password. If you have forgotten your Password, contact your Administrator and ask to have your Password reset.
It doesn't matter if they are an existing user or a new one where I can change the password it never allows them to log in to the webclient.
It seems as though the UCA web portal is not the same as the rest of the services.
