Caller ID phone number not showing up

Hi there,

I have a Mitel 3300 PBX with MyVoice Business 7.2.

We just upgrade the firmware form a very old version to 7.2, but since we moved to the newer version, we don't see the phone number on inbound calls (only the name is showing up).

I would like to have both info showing up for inbound calls.

Would someone be so nice to help me with this?

Check the caller ID settings in the COS of both the user and the trunks.

Yeah, I figured that would be in COS but not sure what to look for.

My guess is, that should be listed under display.
