ACD path - no music on hold

Hey guys,

I can't figure out why we don't have music on hold in an ACD path.

Here's the setup:

phone 5555 is in COS 14
agent ID 4555 is in COS 14
ACD path is 8888  and agent ID 4555 is part of the primary skill group than gets the call first for this ACD path.

If i dial 5555 directly and he puts me on hold, I hear music
If i dial  4555 and he puts me on hold, I hear music
If i dial 8888 and he puts me on hold, no music

I have no clue why this doesn't work at this point.  Our music on hold source is embeded.

HALP!

There is also a MOH setting in the ACD Path, what is that set too?

I've configured the values "audio settings, audio source" to get this working.
