I have Mivoice Business with 4 BRI liks. If I make incoming call ther is no any statement but there is short "bip" and thats all. I have contakted with provider and He tell Me that He has everything all right and problem must by in Mitel. I have connected another PBX to those BRI and incoming call works.
I will explain how the system is configured. If somebody calls to the main number will be played back announcement indicating that a person can wait to connect to the operator or dial an extension.
If I make outgoing calls everything works correctly. It presented a number that is set in DID Ranger for CPN Substitution.
Can You tell Me where should I start problems?
