Ring Group - Can users mark themselves absent?
« on: March 23, 2016, 10:33:25 PM »
To force a Ring Group to go directly to the overflow point, I can go into the MCD and change all members to "absent".

Is there a way the users themselves can mark themselves absent/present from their ring group?

Yes, you can program a presence key on each extension.  When its lit they're present, when ts not lit, they're absent.

Specifically, the key you would program on the sets is a "Group Presence" key.
