After Upgrading exchange UM not working for some users

After IT dept upgraded Microsoft Exchange to 2013 CU 11 we have 2 mailboxes that can not get Advanced UM .  My nupoint was at 17 so tech support had me upgrade to 18.0.0.49 plus added a patch.  When looking at the logs on the nupoint you can see (imap no server available 15) any help is greatly appreciated

How many servers are in their exchange setup?
In my experience, using IMAP, so long as your Nupoint is pointing correctly at the Transport server, you should at least get the emails OK. The issue with IMAP is that if they have multiple mailbox servers, your MWI won't work for them all and you need them to setup a MAPI service.
