MiCC - CCMWeb - Scheduled Reports
« on: March 15, 2016, 10:05:54 PM »
I have an email server setup in YSE but I have a feeling that my scheduled reports are trying to use DNS to do an MX lookup instead of using the email server I have defined in YSE.

Does anybody know where CCMWeb gets its email server setting from?

Up till 5.8 you could use the website, but from v6 on Enterprise settings like SMTP is set in the YSE as far as I remember. If someone thinks I am wrong let me know.

If you are using MICC 7.0 or newer you will need to follow the KB article below.

Thanks for that, I have no idea how I fixed in the end - it started working after I added email addresses to the Employees, but I don't see how that could have fixed it. Must have been something else I did.
