Good afternoon,
I have a question about transfers to voice mail. We currently have a receptionist that screens calls into the main line. I am looking to get a count of how many calls she would send to a particular extensions voice mail. I have looked at the SMDR logs and all I can see is the transfer to 5000 (vm hunt group). I do not see what extension it was sending the call to. Is there another log somewhere that would tell me what the extension was that was forwarded to.
