Hi All I posted here the other day regarding adding a Conference phone, which is now resolved Thankyou!
We are still quite new to the whole system, we have just had new premium Licenses etc added and we now need to add two Premium Users so that they can use the Mitel APP on the Phone
Is the procedure the same as adding the conference phone?
and can they just have a Softphone or do they need a Hardware device aswell, the reason I ask is because when we had the system installed the engineers mentioned we could not have a softphone without having a Deskphone?
Some basic instructions setting up the users would be great
