System monitoring not showing mailbox data

Mitel 5000
HX v6.1 SP1, Call Processing 6.1.4.61

I did start System Monitoring
All other nodes work fine, just one shows no data.
Is there a setting to show this?

I am not quite sure what it is you are trying to accomplish here. Could you be more specific as to what you are doing and the results you are trying to get?

In Administration & Diagnostics:
Click on Reporting, then Mailboxes

I see a list of mailboxes. If I right-click and view details, I get a weeks worth of msg data. I have a manager that wants the data for our call center mailbox.

On our main controller, this data is now blank after an update from our vendor, which I do have a call into now.

Ah, I see now. hmm. So they just did the upgrade and there isn't any data or the update was done days or weeks ago and now there still isn't any data?

Update was done about 1 week agoish...This is the first time I am checking this screen.

Dan231,

There is a way to turn off the Reporting feature, but first check to see if there is any data in the other report sections before we continue on with that thought. If there is then that feature is still on and we will need to figure out why that MB is the only thing not being updated.

It's working today - most likely the vendor fixed it.  They never tell me anything.

I do appreciate the help though.
