MiCollab - Users and Services
« on: February 29, 2016, 02:18:48 PM »
Anyone,

Is there a way to remove the users from Users and Services or better yet just delete the database and start over. This is connected to a Mitel 5000 and it was started off wrong and now they want me to fix it.

Thanks,

TE

Why is there no Delete button?!?! Mine (I checked 2 systems) has a Delete key when you select multiple users.

Otherwise, since you are basically going to delete all users, why not just reinstall?

Acejavelin,

That is what I ended up doing. I was just hoping that someone would know a quick way to do that like you can with the MiCollab Client database.

Thanks,

TE

I still find it odd you didn't have a delete button...

Acejavelin,

I know!!! I thought the same thing, and unfortunately I was giving the guy a hard time for not being able to do it; my bad I guess.

Anyway, at least I know I am not crazy and that it should have a delete button.

Thanks,

TE

Ace were the systems that you were looking at connected to 3300's vs 5000's?

Otherwise I have no idea either...never seen it not give the delete button before.

Hmm... Now that you mention it, all were talking to 3300's. I don't think we have any setup with 5000's, we had "issues" with MiCollab and the 5000 in the past and don't do that combo anymore.
