Did you tick bypass toll control in the system speed call options?

Can you explain what you are trying to achieve in a bit more detail? Is it every call to a DDI number or is it when calls are received they are transferred to this extension to re route them always?

Thanks X-MAN so much.
I will give more details to your help.
I configure a DID number (ex:08xxxxxxxx),and i created speed call number 1111 (1111 with the destination 9+00+xxxxxxxx and checked Overrides toll control). My request is during business hours, when customers call to DID number 08xxxxxxxx reception will receive call.if overtime hours, customers call to DID number 08xxxxxxxx system will auto tranfer to 1111,but it's not work (I just get the sound of silence and end). But from reception,i press 1111 it's work.hoping to get help.
thanks

I wonder if 1111 is conflicting with something else on the system? Conflicts in numbers do all sorts of strange things. Use  locate number 11xx or DGT trace 11xxx to check.

also in call rerouting have you set it so in night service 1 it transfers to call rerouting always position (of your choice)  and set that the reroute all the call types to 1111 (should say this all the way along.
