This setup will still only work by what Ralph said only one at a time, but if 4 callers call in at the same time then all four callers will hear the message. So if you had 2 rads in your hunt group 2 callers at different time will be able to listen to the messages but if a 3rd/4th callers calls then they will hear ringing until a rad becomes free.

Each RAD can handle 50 similtanious calls.

RAD 202 -> rad set 10-> greeting 1
RAD 203 -> rad set 10-> greeting 1
RAD 204 -> rad set 10-> greeting 1

Hunt Group 210 with 201,202,203,204 as members...

Then i've inserted this HG in an ACD path, but the 1st caller listen the message, and others not...

Thats how it's done so I'm not sure why it isn't working for you.

Do a test by calling the hunt group 210 from three phones at the same time.  It should take up to 4 calls.  (up to 50 callers each RAD if coming in from trunks)   That will show that the hunt group is working ok.  If you get a busy, check eash of the ports to be sure they are not in DND.
