Also having an issue similar/exactly like sadzas.
Superset 410, Superset 420, 5220IP, 5010IP telephones are the end stations.
Superconsole 1000 attendant phone handles the main line.
PBX platform, Mitel 3300 MCD 4.2 SP2 PR1.
Voicemail platform, AVST CX-E software rev. 8.10.
User's will report that MWI is active w/ no messages in their voicemail box. Upon pressing the MWI key, the voicemail system reports - you have no new messages.
Callback number is the extension assigned to the huntgroup for the voicemail system.
Clearing callback message from voicemail hunt group works w/o any problems.
Why does the voicemail hunt group extension leave a callback message on various extensions/end stations? I'm having difficulties recreating this error/problem/issue.
Functionality for leaving and clearing a callback message b/n DIDs in the PBX is no problem. Not sure how this functionality is facilitated through the link b/n our voicemail system/PBX. Which i suspect where the issue lies.
