UC360 Corporate Contacts

Hello All you Mitel experts.  I'm trying to understand on our UC360 there is a corporate contacts button.  Where is this list maintained?
There is an employee listed who is no longer employed.  She is not in the users and devices or nupoint system.  Does the UC360 use a different list?  If so, where would I go to update and add?  Thanks.

UC360's pull this information from LDAP. So if that user still exists in AD, then that's why they're still listed.

The user is disabled in AD.  Her replacement doesn't show up.

I believe disabled accounts still will show up. It's not until they're completely deleted that it would be removed.

Does her replacement have the extension for that phone set within the AD profile? If you compair the two profiles, you might have to delete the extension number out of the old disabled user and put it on the replacement user.

Didn't know it was LDAP.  I had to go to the phone and tell it to get updates.  Now working!
