5320 Mobile Settings

Hi all,

Very limited knowledge of the phone system but one of my users has a new iPhone6 and when the call rings through and she answers, it then skips to step 3 to voicemail? Any idea about this?

Off the top of my head it could be one of two things.

1. The user didn't answer before the step-timer to go to voicemail kicked in.
2. The user pressed * to send the call to voicemail after answering.

What does your user hear when she answers the cell?

Just for test, increase the timer in her USERS account to a minute, see if there's any change.  Also, try changing the cell number to a land line number near you and try.  Hopefully one of these will help you diagnose.
