Correcting SDS errors
« on: January 11, 2016, 10:56:16 PM »
Hi all,

Just set up a Cluster of 2 Controllers and a Micollab server. On synchronizing them all I get the following error appearing in the reconcile wizard of the MiCollab server.

"Error: Failed to retrieve application data from the database."

This happens on each of the controllers to the server.

Looking through the documentation I can't find anything that points to what could be causing this problem.

has anyone encountered it or had similar issues?

Cheers

Might be your login info doesn't have the necessary rights. Just thinking of possibilities

I know there was sync issues between certain versions of MiCollab and MCD.
It had to do with certificates.
I don't think it affects your versions though.

Yea I have come across the version problem before. This is something different and, surprise surprise, barely documented...

I will drop a ticket in to Mitel support and see what they say. Will report back anything I find.

Thanks guys
