What am I missing here... I have 48 "analog" extensions on a Grandstream SIP gateway, none of them can activate call forwarding, but when I build an identical SIP phone and access it with X-Lite, it works fine.
Grandstream dial plan: { 911 | 77 | [1-4]xxx | [5-9]x+ }
Digit timeout: 4sec
# to terminate dial string: Yes
In the Mitel, the COS is correct (it works with X-Lite), the CF Follow me code is *64 and deactivate code is *73
The user is going off hook and dialing "*644164" or "*73" and waiting for the 4sec timeout, and they receive a fast busy (error) tone and the forwarding won't activate. I have had them try adding a # at the end (essentially the same as pressing SEND) and the result is the same.
Thoughts?
