I'm having an issue with a T1 (AMI/D4 E&M Immediate start) and frame losses.  In a normal idle state the signaling bits are all 1s so we we have a frame loss all channels will ring in.  The carrier is working to fix this but...   The customer is beating me up on a question of the smdr records.

The above example shows two different calls that were not answered.   The ring to target is ext 1236.  We do not accept digits from the trunk but ring directly to an extension.  The top record show where it rang to but the second record does not.  I've no idea why.  The only thing I can think of is there may be some supervision difference on the call when the call rings in.

Does anyone else have an idea?

Ralph
