We have a UCA server in one location and remote offices that have their own 3300 Mitel system. The Mitel phones that are in the remote office and are pointing to their own local trunks have an issue with their UCA application. Their phone icon is grayed out and Mitel is supposedly working on a patch to fix this bug.
I am surprised that this basic setup is having this issue. Can someone confirm that this is not a configuration issue but a real bug in the Mitel system?
Our remote offices are all connected to the headquarters office (which has the UCA server onsite) through a VLAN VPN connection.
