SIP caller ID not showing up

Ran into an interesting problem today, just deployed some new SIP trunks at a site and the customer complains that they no longer receive incoming CID number.  They get the name coming in, but the number shows "no number" on their display.  The number is clearly coming in in the SIP invite, but for some reason does not get translated to the phone.  I've checked all the flags, but must be missing something somewhere.  Anyone run into this issue?

Got it figured out, in case anyone else runs into this issue.  The provider was sending the SIP invite with the following line:
From: "WIRELESS CALLER" <sip:2187794753;phone-context=national@a2.midcovoice.com>;tag=3660313287-247896
The mitel would not process this particular line with the phone-context line in it - once they removed the ";phone-context=national" from the line, it worked perfectly.  They said that they had added this line for outgoing calls to identify properly for outgoing CID, but had added it to incoming as well.
