how do i go about adding license to a customer....  they need to add a phone but their out of licence

Order licence and it gets added to AMC account. Set the licence up to be used by the customer on the AMC. On the 3300 go to licences and options and click change and then download licences. This will go and get the licences from the AMC. Click OK and the system will tell you whether it has been successful or not. If it has and what happens next depends on your software level.

If the system licences were entered manually then it gets somewhat more complicated....
