mitel 5000 and intercom
« on: December 18, 2015, 12:35:46 PM »
I have a question. when someone is on a hunt group call and someone calls there ext from another ext it says busy and gives them a busy and then put them on hold so the person there calling can put the hunt group call on hold and then grab the ic call. any ideas how to make the calls ring in from the internal caller when there on a hunt group call?

Delete the intercom key and give them 2 Call Keys

change audio for calls camped onto this device to "Ringback" for the phones
You might want to adjust system timers: camp-on (default 3 seconds) and camp-on tone  (default 15 seconds) to your liking.

that address the music on hold issue. they still can only get 1 intercom call at a time.

Markdevoll,

Is there a system forwarding path setup on the phone that the IC call is calling that routes IC calls; most likely on a No Answer condition?

Thanks,

TE
