Good day everyone! I'm thrown in a loop on this problem...
I've got a 5540 IP console registered to an MCD running 7.0 SP1. Any incoming calls to this console do not show CLID until the call is answered. Calls to desk phones (5330e) show the CLID on all types of calls (internal, ISDN, XNET)
On the other hand, I've got another MCD with the same release, and same model of console. But on this system, CLID shows up before and after the call is answered.
For testing, I've imported the COS of the working system into the non-working system, and still, CLID does not show.
There's no errors on the database, but I still did a database backup and restore for the heck of it.
Any ideas?
