Truthfully? Running a completely unpatched version of XP as a vm. That way it has an old IE, and old Java on it.

Have also had luck on some Windows 7 machines with Compatibility mode of IE 11, and then an old version (v6) of Java. If you sign-up for an account with Oracle, you can download older version. But you have to never let it update and IE will hate this.

Use Putty or the Mitel Secure Telnet client, secure Telnet to the SX-200's IP address at port 2000... All browsers are broken since Java got patched a few years ago, in reality it's not the browser, it's Java.
