Speed Call Problems
« on: June 20, 2008, 04:12:05 PM »
Hi everybody!

I'am configurating a PBX Mitel ICP 3300.
And I've some problems with Speed Calls features.

I define the Speed Call with a Pause, but when I invoke this, the Pause and the following digits are lost. Some days ago, this was not happening...

Example:
*27 + 945673232 + P + 110 (Internal)
(
*27 = Code for store the Speed Call.
110 = Is the internal number who I want to call.
)

When I invoke this Speed Call (with *25), display show the full path. And one second later, the "P + 110" just disapear...

I don't know what else do...
THIS FEATURES WAS WORKING FINE TWO DAYS AGO... I DONT UNDERSTAND

Any Idea???
Thanks!

If this was working two days ago then you have two possibilities.
(1) The 3300 needs to rebooted.  (my best guess would be this)
(2) There is a numbering conflict.

The easy thing to do is set the 3300 to reboot after hours and then try again in the AM.

If there is a number conflict, you would have created it within the last couple of days so do a mental review of what changes you made.
Then look in these three areas for the conflict:
(1) call re routing assignment.
(2) system speed dial.
(3) ARS
Look for anything that starts with a *25.

I'd bet on the reboot.
