Problem with programming T1/E1 Framer

Hi,

I would like to ask for help with Dual T1/E1 Framer.
When I used first port as PRI everything was OK.
I have configured the second port as below (the same like the first one):

Protocol :               PRI
Logical link number:     3
ESM link number:         9
Framing mode:            E1
Protocol variant:        EURO_ISDN
NetworkSide:             FALSE
Termination mode nt/lt:  NT
e1_CRC4:                 TRUE
Impedance:               120 ohms
t310Timer:               40
t304Timer:               30
Resiliency:               Off

And after that I have alarms in controller (MXe with MCD 6.0) like below:

Layer 1 Status:  RED
Layer 2 Status:  DOWN
Interface Activated: TRUE

Any solutions?

Do you have a PRI circuit connected to the 2nd port and a digital link license to provision it?

If you do not have a configured, operational PRI actually connected, it will be in alarm.
