smdr caller id

 I telenet on port 1752, i can not see the caller id for incoming calls and it shows the trunk number T001 instead of the caller id?we have analog trunks and the answer point is set to an extension

You would have to verify whether your carrier is sending Caller ID and also if your system is programmed for it as well.
Check to see if you have CLASS Trunk enabled in your Trunk Circuit Descriptor

Assuming you get CID on your phones, do you have "ANI/DNIS/ISDN/CLASS Number Delivery Reporting" turned on in SMDR Options?

Also in the COS options for SMDR, make sure internal and external calls are set to "Yes".
