Question regarding using Handsfree On/Off
I have a client that is coming for a Avaya system where they often did what they call "voice calls." They would press a one touch button for a specific user which would ring their extension one time and then open allow them to start speaking. I am aware I can some what mimic this feature on the 5000 by setting the phone's handsfree on/off flag to yes.
My question is assuming the handsfree flag is set to yes... is there any way for the person initiating the call (internal only) to bypass the handsfree and ring the extension?
