Add second extension to phone (5224)

Is it possible to have 2 extensions tied to the same phone? Have a user who is in charge of two departments and wants to use one phone for both extensions. Currently have it setup to do a system speed dial but she wants a dedicated line on her phone for the additional line. The secondary line is not programmed to any other phones.

Put it under a key as a key system line on her phone. Or a multi line just in casse you have to put it on another phone in the future. Set the ring to ring of course.

Added it as a key system line, click apply, changes to single line. When I try to call the number it says No Distb

Look up your DND remote off code in your feature access codes form.
Then dial <FAC+exten>

Everyone has been great. The call now works, however if they do not answer it just rings and rings and rings, the secondary number's voicemail never picks up? Thoughts?
