Cluster admin group Error
« on: October 26, 2015, 08:53:17 AM »
Hi Guys, First Post.

I'm setting up a Cluster up with 3 virtual MIVB's. I've got mostly everything working but this is the last thing that has been bugging me before continuing with MiCollab and such.

This is the error grabbed from MSPLogs.

14 ERROR 2015/10/23 13:24:38 Admin Group AppServer Software ESM_AdminGroupSrv.cpp(665)
doAction()->Could not get Admin Group Info tuple:
The record is not found

DBMS Check Full is returning no errors.

Edit: manage to get this one as well:

44 ERROR 2015/10/23 14:59:43 ESM_LoginAgent Software esm_Common_c++.cpp(3975)
esm_CheckDesktopToolRedirect()->Unable to get tuple from user profile database. Not attempting redirection for user null (The record is not found)

Any Ideas?

Do all network elements give the same error?

Or this could be your admin group was setup on each MCD prior to SDS sharing and there is a conflict, do a full sync and then look at the logs to see what forms failed to sync (you did a full sync after starting SDS sharing, right?) and do a form comparison to each element and see if you can manually correct the problem, but to be honest tuple view errors are usually fixed by either doing a full sync (if it fails, try from a different element) or by doing a database backup, then doing a restore, and then a sync from one of the other elements.

It was two things,

There was an SDS error that would move from one Node to another at each reboot, Fixed it with a sync+OverWrite.

Second error once that was fixed, was getting SNMP properly set up.

once that was done, all went green.

Now to configure MBG and Micollab.

Glad you got it working... Have fun with MiCollab, I hate it, so finicky in the setup, but MBG is a breeze.
