Display multiple CLI outbound on 3300mxe?
« on: October 12, 2015, 05:50:13 AM »
I have a need for callers at my site to select either their DDI or the default local switchboard depending on their preference, eg dial external access code A (eg 9) to present their DDI to the person they're calling and an alternate access code (6?) to present the local switch if they don't want to identify their own extension. Is this possible?

You can set it up so if they select a different line other than their prime line it will show a different caller ID.
That's set up via COS and Caller ID Substitution.
