How to connect Audiodevice to MiVoice Business Console

Hello Mitel-Guys,

i am testing the MiVoice Business Console (Version 7.1.0.26) and i have following issue. After i installed the software i connected a pretty simple headset (Plantronics Audio 310), which works with Windows (Prof. 32 Bit) fine, but when i try to configure the audio device in the BC, i cannot choose any device. And i cant put the Console to "active" if "no audio devices are configured".

Do someone know any trick oder have a tipp for me?

Okay got it. It has to be somekind of an USB-Device... :-X
