Multi Level Auto Attn
« on: September 06, 2015, 06:00:18 PM »
Hi The system is MCD V7.1.
We will be setting up a number of Multi Lev Auto Attn's but need to test before we go live. If my memory is correct the application requires the incoming call to be a trunk call to work, is this correct.
At present when we make an internal call it doesn't switch to the option required.
Any help?

Yes.  Usually you'll need to route an external call to it.

You could sorta "fake it" though if you route the call to a menu node.   You won't get directory service or be able to dial extensions directly but you can test your MLAA.
