UC360 Web Server
« on: September 03, 2015, 01:39:47 PM »
Hello Fellow Mitel Folks,
I got a customer that we host Mitel services to. We have our very own data center that pretty much MPLS's to all our customers, only a few sites use Teleworker. I have given instructions to our customers to perform the firmware version upgrade via HTTP. The units have been confirmed and have the new firmware versions on them (2.1.3.12). I have also given instructions on how to enable the Web Server on the units so that us "Remote Techs" can get into them for configuration changes and log gathering for troubleshooting. The Web Server has been enabled and I can ping the devices. My question is do certain ports need to be opened up on the far end for me to get into them? And if so, what port numbers and protocols?

Thanks,
-Iron

**UPDATE**
All,
After looking in the "Engineering Guidelines" I found that it is simply TCP port 80 and 443. Quite typical of web servers (Don't know why I didn't think of that to begin with, hehe;)

Going to see if our customer is blocking those ports.

Thanks,
-Iron
