Mitel 3300MXe Pickup Group Ringing Wrong Extension

Dear Users,

   We have strange problem. In a Pickup Group, we have 3 extensions, which ring fine when there is a call. But strangely, it also rings another extension which is not in the pickup group.

    How can we troubleshoot and resolve this issue?

That's not a pickup group.  That would be a ring group.

I think you'll find that one of the three phones has an appearance on the phone that shouldn't be ringing.

Hi Ralph,

    Your suggestion did put me in right direction.

    Basically, the wrong ringing extension, had one of it's Keys assigned incorrectly. Changed it to "Not Assigned" and problem solved!
