This is the first time I have installed these cards. Ive managed to install it ok on an HX-Controller V6, and the first 13 ports work ok. But ports 14, 15 and 16 dont work, they power the phone, but no data or calls can be made. I have 3 cards with identicle issue

Telecombug,

Try a different card slot and see if that makes a difference. Also make sure that you do have the last three ports programmed.

I would suspect a bad cable. Try using the 9 to 12 plug in that jack and see if the phones come up.

yes, was the cable, managed to get another, works fine now
