I'm hoping this is a simple little issue, and that it is just me that have forgotten to configure something.
I'm trying to allow users to forward their extension to an external destination (cell phone most likely)
Scenario.
If an internal extension calls the extension that have been forwarded, then the call goes through to the external destination.
If an external number call the forwarded extension, then they gets forwarded to Voicemail.
