Mitel 5000 - Call Reporting - last 3 months

hello,

Using Mitel 5000, is there a way to find out every call that came in to the front desk phone for the last 3 months?  Is there some type of call reporting feature within the System Administration & Diagnostics area?

There is a reporting system in certain versions of the System Administration and Diagnostics area, but it most likely will not go back that far.

TE, how about 1 week?  do you know how I would go about doing this?  is it in the System Commands area?  if you could give me more detail this would really help me out.  thank you.

1 week is normally not a problem unless your site gets a lot of calls; like a call center.

Look at the picture I have attached and maybe that will make more sense. The reporting tab is to the far right when you are connected to the system. If you don't have that tab then you will need to upgrade your System and System Administration and Diagnostics in order to get it. I believe this functionality started at about version 5.0 and had added features since then.
