Calls that come thru on 1 extension call to go to another extension's voicemail

Is it possible to have one extension’s voicemail sent to a different extension’s voicemail?  Also does both extensions have to be on same controller for this to work, how can this be programmed, is it programmed in Mitel MXe 3300 or NuPoint:
SCENARIO: You call an extension at campus B and if that line isn’t picked up by that phone the call will be picked up by campus A’s voicemail extension?

Okay, I assume you are using Nupoint as the vm for both sites. From what I gather, extension B is forwarded to extension A and you would like it to end in A's mailbox. Does B need any vm?
