Hidden BLF

Is there a maintenance cmd for finding all instances of a secretarial key? For example, if I have ext 2222 as a secretarial key on multiple phones, how can I tell which extensions?

You may have to export all the keys and then do a search for it in Excel.
I do that quite a bit with speed dials.
