Hi All,
I am new in Mitel and still green but got assign to set up a new site.
I am struggling to set up softphone for it to work properly.
I have set up a through MiCollab and can see it's in Muti-device User Group, but when I log on to UCA client, in Manage status I can only pick "Send my calls to: My Ring Group (Desk phone) or softephone" the softphone is not showing in My Ring Group somehow.
And when I pick send to softphone and dial in the call just drop.
I am unsure which part did I miss.....
