MiContact Center Client View

we have 2 ACD users do not show up on Contact Center Client... added to the appropriate agent group for ACD.

any ideas/suggestions would be great appreciated.

First thing to check is that there is a license assigned to the employee in Your Site Explorer

Thanks Sharond.... that's what it was... once I assigned the license, user shows up to add the view mode queue..... saved me minimum 30 min with 15min/$50 rate from our vendor for this 10 second change...
