UC client licensing question?
« on: June 02, 2015, 12:05:53 PM »
I am running MiCollab MAS server in a VM environment. I just added this to an existing 3300 6.0 SP3 controller. I downloaded and added the UC software to each desktop but it seems to be missing some features. I wanted to make sure I have the correct license and have them applied correctly in the Collab server.

I am using the UCC Entry User for Business V3.0 license.

The client displays Missed Calls only instead of the dialed and received calls.

So, I do have the correct license?

I have added the license in the Collab server in the following:

Applications -> Users and Services -> (each user has the UCC V3.0 added under the UCC Bundle drop down box as well as the feature profile section)

Micollab Client Service -> Configure MiCollab Client Service -> (each account has the correct license selected in the license features section)

Any other area I am missing?

Thank you for the reply.
