Firefox with MCD 7.1

Hi guys,

I have just upgraded a site from MCD 7.0 to MCD 7.1PR1.
Previously I could use Firefox no problem but now only IE works.
Firefox gives a 'Secure Connection Failed' error.
I have tried clearing cookies/cache but still no luck, I have also tried another PC.

Has anyone else tried Firefox successfully with MCD 7.1?

I use it and aren't experiencing your issue. I did have to clear everthing. I might have also removed any certificates relating.

This is the key right here. Firefox is more sensitive to certificate changes than IE is. You'll have to clear the certificate store in Firefox, and then you should be good to go again.

Thanks guys,

I thought I did remove the certificates, obviously I missed it for this particular site.

Removed the cert and all resolved.
