I am awaiting assistance from our vendor but thought I'd ask to see if anyone has any ideas why MiContact Center would not be displaying real time events. I migrated from an old server and Contact Center version 6.0 to a new server and version 7.1 last night. I had both servers running concurrently for a while for testing and the new system was functioning as it should but as of yesterday real time events aren't happening as agents are all shown as logged off and no stats whatsoever in CCC. I have checked licensing and that is good, real time events are enabled for all the queues and in the ACD path, the connection to the media server works and synchronizing to the media server works.
