Hey Fellow Mitel Techs,
I got a 5330 phone that when you press the Clear Message button on the right side of the phone, our user is saying that it rings his own extension, then he's prompted to leave a message in his own mailbox, rather than going into his voice mail box (NuPoint), this happened once we switched over from an Exchange UM to NuPoint, he is the only user that this is happening to. I've checked CoS and he's set up the same as everyone else. Any ideas are welcome and appreciated.
