Hello.

I have a customer that has a cluster with 6 ICPs.

The ICP 1 (MXe Server mentioned in the subject) stopped work yesterday around 11:00am.

That ICP is the main call control.

Their extensions are down because the call control can't boot anymore.

I can't recreate the extensions in any other system because they are RDN on them.

I don't have a backup from the ICP 1.

Is there any way that I can solve this problem without reinstall the system in the ICP 1?

I don't know if the hard drives have are corrupted.

The ICP 2 is presenting the same problem but sometimes it can boot like now.

What could be this boot problem?

Thank you for your help and sorry about my poor english.

Sounds like a bad hard drive. And without a backup to restore from, you're pretty well hosed.
